Data Routing Rules

Automatic Routing

Configure how data is automatically routed to projects you’re a member of using plaintext instructions. You can define routing rules to enhance Tucca’s ability to route data to projects you’re a member of when dealing with inbound sources like emails, files, and more that are not associated with a project.

Routing Configuration

Set up your data routing rules:
  1. Go to your user account settings
  2. Configure Routing Rules: Set up rules for different types of data
  3. Send test emails to verify routing works correctly
  4. Regularly review and update routing rules
Routing rules are not needed by default, but they can help for more complex scenarios where it may not be readily obvious where to send data (even for a human)

Usage

You can review your usage in the account settings where token consumption can be broken down by project, type, and category to better understand where your consumption is happening.
