Getting the Most Out of Tucca

These tips will help you make Tucca work better for you.

Start Simple

Setup some initial projects

Group related information:
  • Family events and planning
  • Home improvement projects
  • Personal goals and habits
  • Hobbies and interests
  • Trips or inspiration/ideas for a trip of vacation
Use descriptive names and set project images that help you remember what’s in each project. (project settings)

Use The Mobile App

Capture things on the go:
  • Take photos of receipts, recipes, and important documents
  • Share interesting articles and social media posts
  • Capture thoughts and ideas as they come to you
  • Save links to things you want to remember or try later
  • Use the share button from any app to share screenshots, docs, and more directly into Tucca.
Screenshot important info (texts, notifications, etc) wherever on your phone and hit the share button to upload to Tucca

Use Email Forwarding

  • Forward emails to your personal <username>@in.tucca.ai address (email forwarding)
  • Set up email forwarding rules for important services
  • Tucca will automatically analyze the content and route it to the correct project
For more precise routing, start your email with @tucca followed by instructions. For example: @tucca put this in the summer vacay project

Use Natural Language

Ask Tucca like you’re talking to a friend:
  • “Show me all my receipts from last month”
  • “What did I save about that restaurant?”
  • “Find my notes about the family vacation planning”
  • “What appointments do I have this week?”
The more natural your language, the better Tucca understands what you’re looking for.

Make Information Useful

Use Calendar Integration

Let Tucca create your calendar:
  • Forward appointment confirmations
  • Save family event notes and reminders
  • Track important dates and deadlines
  • Share calendars with family or friends
Tucca automatically creates calendar events from your information, so you don’t have to manually enter everything.

Collaborate Effectively

Share Smartly

When you need to loop people in:
  • Add people to specific projects with read or write permissions (project sharing)
  • Keep personal projects private while sharing others

Use Shared Spaces

Perfect for group coordination:
  • Family planning and events
  • Home improvement projects
  • Group trips and activities
  • Shared goals and tracking
Create projects for information with family and friends that would normally be a shared doc or spreadsheet. Shared calendar, event/trip info, etc.

Advanced Tips

Use Templates

Save time with reusable setups:
  • Create templates for common projects (create a template)
  • Save time on setup and organization
  • Maintain consistency across projects
  • Share templates with others
Start with one template and refine it over time.

Automate Repetitive Tasks

Let Tucca handle routine work:
  • Set up private user tasks to look across all your projects and build a daily report or summary of your schedule
  • Set up your projects to check for important dates, events, and deadlines to notify members
  • Set up project tasks to run on a schedule to keep your projects up to date with new information
Tasks are very flexible and powerful. You can ask it to do very open ended things like generate a report or send an email. You can even augment any information with search info like weather, news, etc. e.g. Get my schedule for the day and include the expected weather for each event (highlight bad weather in red). Send it to me in an email with an inspirational quote as the final sign off
